T O P I C R E V I E Wm.bladeI have been looking everywhere for a description for this aspect but have had no luck finding one?what is sun conjunct ceres like?saturn_risingI'll take a stab at this!I'd think it means that your core identity and conscious self is very much connected and entwined with being a nurturer. It is probably very natural for you to be caring, comforting, and want to guide and help others. You probably have a strong desire/need to care for others, or be a parent-type figure for others. quote:Originally posted by m.blade:I have been looking everywhere for a description for this aspect but have had no luck finding one?what is sun conjunct ceres like?saturn_risingJust found this description/discussion of Sun conjunct Ceres as well: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum1/HTML/016169.html Ami Anne quote:Originally posted by m.blade:I have been looking everywhere for a description for this aspect but have had no luck finding one?what is sun conjunct ceres like?A lovely, lovely person. If it is you, you are blessed, Friend.teaselI have this. ceres has its dark side, too, apparently - but Moses Siregar sees it as the Moon, Venus, and Jupiter all rolled into one.ail221You can check the Asteroid reference thread featuring Ceres, Pallas, Vesta etc.: http://www.linda-goodman.com/ubb/Forum28/HTML/001758.html "Ceres Aspects the Sun: Nurturing will tend to be part of your character. With the harmonious aspects (conjunction, sextile and trine) the effects are smooth and easy. You probably had a nurturing father, and the nurturing you received was compatible with who you are (the Sun). The stressful aspects (square and opposition) show problems. The opposition could mean that you tend to nurture others, but not yourself. Conversely, it might be an indicator of someone who always expects others to nurture them. The square means that the early nurturing you received (especially from the father) was not compatible with the type of person you are, or that you tend to be suspicious, or even reject the nurturing that you really need. For example, suppose the Sun is in Aries and Ceres is in Cancer. This person needs lots of soft, emotional nurturing, but that is not in accord with the self-sufficient image that Aries has of itself, so the needed nurturing is rejected."
